Ingredients and quantity

  • Baby potatoes – 100gms.
  • Oil – For frying.
  • Garlic cloves – 5nos.
  • Chilli powder – 3gms.
  • Coriander powder – 3gms.
  • Salt – To taste
  • Onions – 20gms.
  • Asafoetida – 1gm.
  • Cumin powder – 3gms.
  • Curry leaves – 2sprigs

Method of preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes with salt, drain and dry. Fry the potatoes.
  2. Heat little oil and sauté the onions, garlic and add the potatoes.
  3. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and asafoetida.
  4. Garnish with fried curry leaves.
