Ingredients and quantity

  • Potato – 100gms.
  • Green chillies – 10gms.
  • Carrots – 50gms.
  • Refined flour – 100gms.
  • Beans – 30gms.
  • Red chilli powder – 5gms.
  • Oil – For frying
  • Garam masala powder – 3gms.
  • Turmeric powder – 3gms.
  • Asafoetida – 2gms.
  • Bread crumbs – 100gms.

Method of preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes, carrots, beans and mash them and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil add mashed vegetables, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and asafoetida.
  3. Make in to balls and flatten them to wheel shape.
  4. Make batter with refined flour and salt.
  5. Now dip the balls in batter, put them in bread crumbs and tighten them and fry them in hot oil and serve hot.
