Ingredients and quantity
- Potato – 100gms.
- Green chillies – 10gms.
- Carrots – 50gms.
- Refined flour – 100gms.
- Beans – 30gms.
- Red chilli powder – 5gms.
- Oil – For frying
- Garam masala powder – 3gms.
- Turmeric powder – 3gms.
- Asafoetida – 2gms.
- Bread crumbs – 100gms.
Method of preparation
- Boil the potatoes, carrots, beans and mash them and keep aside.
- Heat oil add mashed vegetables, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and asafoetida.
- Make in to balls and flatten them to wheel shape.
- Make batter with refined flour and salt.
- Now dip the balls in batter, put them in bread crumbs and tighten them and fry them in hot oil and serve hot.
